  15. <p>     DIED. LOUIS BANKS, 77, editor; in Naples, Florida. Banks began
  16. his ascent through Time Inc. as a Time magazine correspondent
  17. in 1945. In the '60s, Banks switched to Fortune magazine, which
  18. he eventually ran. As editorial director for Time Inc. in the
  19. early '70s, Banks helped launch Money magazine. He was also
  20. a Time Inc. director.
